This is a North American consumer magazine-free online games. Their current lineup includes variety of Korean MMORPGs in a snowboarding MMO. Outspark of premium item shop currency is known as "sparkcash. '

It was founded in 2006 by Susan Choe and is based in San Francisco, California with a subsidiary office located in Seoul, Korea. Their first title, Fiesta, has had enormous success and continues to drive the company.

It is a privately held company.
